Colly's lads gave as good as they got today up in Ridgewood, probably even more but were eventually undone by a cruel penalty shoot out. The game was a fiesty one with no one giving an inch. Eoin O'Rourke got us on our way, hitting a thunderbolt off the underside of the bar from 25/30/40 yards (it can be debated back in Peacocks). Sheriff were quick out of the blocks in the 2nd half, scoring a header from a dangerous in-swinging free kick. Big Gary Weafer and Browner made their keeper earn his wage before Jimmy Rock cracked the bar with a stunning chest/volley. All in all, it was a fantastic effort by 1-14 today...
