An early start again for the lads and our first home game. The weather was flip flop style but the football was far from it.hard tackles, precision passing and fantastic teamwork. The ref didn't show so both managers agreed to play the match with thanks to Barry ODriscoll for being the official on the day.A few early goals set the course of the game,and although the visitors had a weakened team they played their hearts out. My man of the match was the so called 12th man on the visitors sideline who insisted in calling all our players over to congatulate them at the final whistle. We juggled players between teams throughout the game to soften the blow and it ended RVR 7-3 Ballymun.
